Trevor Dann is the previous Head of Music Entertainment at the BBC who now runs a media production company as well and presenting a regular radio programme.     Richard East had worked in the IT industry with IBM, Unisys, Teradata and NCR before becoming one of the founding Directors of Aspective, a company that moved from start-up to £20 T/O in less than 3 years.


Dr Michael Edley is an acknowledged expert in the field of sustainable development and environmental impact and is Head of Community Planning at Surrey County Council.     Professor Bob Garratt is Visiting Professor of Corporate Governance at Imperial College and the Chairman of Board Performance Limited, a company that specialises in coaching the boards of companies.


Rowan Gormley was recruited by Richard Branson to be the founding Chief Executive of Virgin Direct and is now Chief Executive of Virgin Wines, the innovative and highly successful on-line wine retailer.     Des Gould is a professional coach and the founder of one of Europe 's foremost executive coaching organisations.


Robert Heller is one of the world's best-selling authors on business management and was the founding Editor of Management Today magazine.     Nick Hewson is the founder of the Hewson Group, which is widely regarded as the foremost customer relationship focused analyst and research companies in Europe


Peter Jones is a retail expert who began life working in his father's bakery and ended up as Operations Director for Argos with 20,000 staff and £3bn turnover. He has also been MD of several other retails businesses and worked as a consultant to the industry.     Mike Lazenby is the Chief Executive of Kent Reliance, Britain 's fastest growing Building Society. He was previously the PR Director who successfully led the fight against the demutualisation campaign at Nationwide.


Gill McKay is best known for the severe cost cutting programs she was recruited to implement as HR Director at both Baltimore Technologies and LetsBuyIt.com.     Clifton Melvin has worked for and run several insurance companies both in the UK and abroad. He has led GE Capital's insurance activities in Europe and was most recently Chief Executive of Winterthur Life.


Dave Mutton has a background as an accomplished IT Director within the electricity supply industry. He has also set up an independent telephone company and is now Chief Executive of a specialist IT company serving the electricity supply industry.     Brian Plowman is an expert in the fields of Business Process Re-design and Activity Based Management. He is widely published and is a course presenter for a number of professional bodies.


Nick Preston had a background in banking and finance before setting up the Local Government rating service for Standard and Poor. He is now a Director of a specialist financial service company working in the railway industry.     Alistair Schofield is the founder of Extensor and an expert in sales strategy and market selling. In different industry sectors he has successfully defined and implemented strategies that have resulted in those companies becoming market leaders.


Hamish Taylor is now CEO of VISION UK but is better known as the former CEO of Eurostar and CEO of Sainsbury's Bank. Prior to holding these positions, he had a fast track progression through Procter and Gamble, Price Waterhouse and British Airways.     Tony Teague is one of the UK 's most highly qualified and accomplished Project Directors. A previous Director of Program Management for a FTSE 100 company, Tony is now a Director of Human Systems Limited.


Mark Walton is Head of Business Development for Corus Construction. He is a corporate "intrapreneur" who has spent much of his career developing innovative partnership arrangements with Corus customers.
